Quadrant Standard is reporting only 1 core in system info for my RAZR,both stock and custom roms.
Is that normal or should it show 2 cores?

Quadrant has been updated for Dual Core Support.

No clue why it is only reason single core though.

I personally say don't worry about benchmarks. ROMs and Kernels can give false results based upon their system. I just rely on real world every day noticeable speed.
