Hi, Matt! I have a XT926 Maxx HD with 4.1.2 Trying to go back to stock 4.1.2 When using your file VZW_XT926_4.1.2_9.8.1Q_62_VQW_MR-2_VQW_CFC.xml with RSD I get a ( Getvar) error any idea how to make this work? also will that file look like stock to verizon? Thanks for the great work.

The one from Rebretz000? That was from Oct. 2012 that was before 4.1.2 for the Xt926 will that still work? The remove the two line of Getvar?
Update!
Ok i removed the two files and it flashed ok With SBF file.Looks good, but when you do the ##7764726 with password of 000000 it still say rooted.

RSD Lite 6.1.4 and the fastboot XML.zip for the DROID RAZR HD XT926 4.1.2 software. Should be obvious by now...I'm kinda confused about what this post is about...

Filesize: 614 MB (644,349,440 bytes)
Use RSD Lite 6.1.4 to flash:
hey it says youre online, so you might be able to help me.
i have a droid razr hd, i accidentally messed up the build.prop files.
i'm trying to fix this. i somehow managed to lose root (probably from all the things i tried in the way of fixing my phone)
so i can't really remount the shell for rw in adb.
so i'm trying to fastboot. but i have no idea what to do.
do you have any suggestions or anything that would lead me in the right direction?

How do we manually update to 4.1.2? I am unlocked BL and twrp installed and still on 4.1.1. I looked for firmware. With all this freedom with unlocked boot loaders is it even worth the trouble?

I'm actually curious about this too. I just bought the phone and it is on 4.1.1 with twrp installed.
EDIT: ok llawen, here's what i did and it seemed to work fine. just go to
link from the first page and it will update you to 4.1.2.
