Hi, new here. Can anyone help me with root?

I have a maxx hd. Well, I did. Got jacked by some hoodlum. Asurion should send a new one, hopefully it works.

I was just wondering if it was possible to root this phone.

Yes it is, take a look around in the the Maxx section and you should be able to find what you need.

Yup, absolutely possible, jsut depends on if you're running ICS or JB. We have exploits for both.

You can follow that guide it is the same exploit we have here on this site. You will need to check what version of JB the new phone is on. If it is 4.1.1 make sure you root before doing any updates as the newest update to 4.1.2 is not currently rootable
