First off hello to everyone here.

I did the update to JellyBean and it hosed a bunch of things on my Droid Razr Maxx. I then rooted the phone with no problem but when I went to flash a new ROM it all went sideways. Now when I try to boot the phone it gives me the Encryption Unsuccessful error and the recover option does not work. When I go into the FastAP boot this is what I get:

Device is LOCKED, Status Code: 0

Battery OK
Cannot program
Transfer Mode:
USB Connected

I am at a loss as to what to do next, also keep in mind I am very new to all of this and detailed help would be very helpful to help me get this brick in some sort of functioning order.

I would use

to fastboot back to stock. I am assuming you tried to load a rom with a different Kernel (Xmas leak as opposed to OTA) which is what gave you bootloops. The Utility should get you going.

I actually have no idea what I did or was doing its the first time I have ever attempted to root or flash a new ROM on a phone.
