IDK about better, but it is definitely cheaper. I'd still prefer a Maxx conversion

I just got my conversion kit professionally installed and returned and despite the high price. I have to say it was truly worth it. Looks flawless and reads as maxx now but more importantly my battery lasts. In the end it was cheaper to convert then to outright buy another used maxx.

Upper right corner of any post should be a triangle with an exclamation point in it.

Hmmm... I'm not seeing anything. Even turned off my ad blocker and cleaned my cache. Still nothing after a bunch of refreshes. Using Chrome...

Lol... I don't have those buttons. I would guess it's a mod button since you also have edit and delete buttons on my post.

Use a different browser, anyone can report a post using that. Everyone "should" have that button.

FWIW, I have a report button right by the Multiquote and Quote buttons on the far lower-right. You won't see the report button unless you hover your cursor over it, as JJT211 noted in the post above.

I shelled out the bucks for the Maxx conversion despite my dislike of the price. I'm what you would call a "non battery friendly" user, and it's made life a lot easier. But to the point, this particular kit, if you add the frame that they offer, adding another $20-$30 to the price (ugh), is solid and tight, and is OEM quality (I think it mostly is exact OEM, but don't trust me on that). Extremely high quality, and fast to reply to e-mails and the like. When I bought mine, it took two months to come off the back-order list.

Consider yourselves very lucky.
I've tried contacting CRS over ebay/amazon, asking if they could somehow ship it to germany, the responses are meager, seems they aren't really interested in it. And standard shipping fees on their ebay account would be 44US$... which is..more expensive than shipping costs for any automotive part i have ever shipped to or received from the states :ß

I've also asked motorola's german service-partner (dat-repair) and they don't sell parts to customers -.-

It seems to me, Motorola is a very much US-market focused company, very much different from most other companies on the market, making it hard for non-US residents to somehow fully enjoy their products :I(
(And still I haven't gotten any FOTA for my retail device)

Well I now have a report button for some reason. I can see it in light gray without the hover. It certainly was not there before as you can see in my screen above. Ah well at least it's fixed. Bring on the Spammers. Haha...
