Hi All,

I just got a razr hd in that last few days. It is running the latest VZ software.

The battery was down to 10% before I went to bed last night so I set my alarm and put it on the charger (my first nightly charge). When I woke up, I realized I missed my alarm by 1.5 hrs. However, when I looked at my phone it appeared dead. I pressed power and nothing. I tried other chargers and nothing.


I went to the VZ store and they said it fell into sleep mode. Coming from a bionic this was new. They said I had to push power and volume down to wake it up. It booted right up.

However, they didn't know how to disable this. Does anyone have an answer for me?

I was under the impression they removed sleep mode after ICS. You sure you're updated?
