Download Windows moto-fastboot-Casslogo.zip that is attached to the post

Also download and install the lastest Moto Drivers located

Extract the contents to desktop

1) Put the phone in fastboot mode
2) Open a command window and navigate to \moto-fastboot-Casslogo
(I normally save myself time by holding shift and right clicking on the folder and choosing open command
window here)

3) Type the following the command window:
moto-fastboot flash logo.bin Cass.img

4) When it has completed, you will know as Command will tell you Success, now type this in:

moto-fastboot reboot

You should now see your new bootlogo in honor of Cassdroid instead of your Red Motorola M Dual Core Technology logo

Have u rebooted the PC after installing the drivers? Normally you dont need to but I guess I would try that first. And ur in fastboot mode and it says battery ok and transfer mode: USB connected ?

yes it says battery ok
ok to program
connect usb (which it is connected)
data cable

If I remember correctly, don't quote me on this, but P3 said the only way is via fastboot atm. Which Im sure will change cause it can be done on the bionic via the TBH bionic tool box.

i think my issue is the usb is not recognizing on my computer...but it works fine charging on it....weird
