Said No such file or directory for CWM. Flashing TWRP instead then. Meerrrr, these reboots are unnerving coming from a nexus.

Annnndddd we're back... with the stock recovery. Try #2!

Manual method with CMD. Doesn't recognize "mount" for me either. With the entire SDK set up.

Thanks for all your hard work on this solution.  I was running SSv3 on my XT926 consumer edition before I knew of a way to unlock the bootloader.  After uninstalling SS and flashing back to the stock Moto recovery, I was able to flash TWRP v2.5.0.0 with no problems.

Have you unzipped the zip file using WinRar?? Some use 7-zip and it does not extract correctly. USB debugging on? Using the moto USB cable??

I've rooted my phone and unlocked bootloader.  Tried using the one click to install recovery and that gave me a failed flash on fastboot.  Did the manual method using adb and twrp is installed.  I have flashed  rage hd, awesome btw, and everything seems to be working fine.....other than everytime it powers up it goes to fastboot mode.  Ive tried everything, a successful flash, tried to adb motorecovery which only gave me the droid with his chest open.  Still on rage....everything works fine other than the fastboot on power up.  The reason is flash failure.  Any help would be gratefully accepted.  I am on a razr maxx hd running rage hd. Ive made sure usb debugging is on...drivers are all up to date, phone hooks up to computer just fine and can read files transfer whatever i want. Run everything as admin.....at a complete loss here.

Anyone tried this with the 9.18.79 update that is rolling out? Currently unlocked, rooted with stock recovery and debating about putting TWRP on my xt926.
