Thanks, Memnoch.

Oops, you're right. It's 9.20.1.XT926.

So the Motochopper 1.3 should work, even though it's for 9.18.79?

I got all excited when I saw that I had been shipped the HD version, remembering that you guys had cracked the bootloader... but it was short lived when I got over to the HD forum. Oh well. Looks like lots of us are in that boat.

You got it man. 1.3 will work fine.

WOOHOO!!! Thanks, buddy. Happy day :) (even if it could have been a lot happier, I can still live with that).

Just for the record, those versions are the same.  Literally.  There isn't a 20.1 FXZ, for example.  It's just the 79 FXZ.

It's slightly more complicated than that. It seems that whether you have root installed or not may or may not affect what version shows.  :)

Hi, I need some help unlocking my xt926.. I'm on version 9.30.1 and rooted but when I use this tooI I guess it fails because I get a "fastboot reason: flash failure" every time the phone turns on.. Any help here?

As for flash failure, it will always boot to ap fastboot when something fails to flash. In order to clear it you need to flash something successfully. A boot logo is the easiest as long as whatever failed wasn't a critical item.
