So I was able to finally get my Droid Razr Maxx HD rooted, but I am at a loss as to how to get Wifi tethering working with Jellybean. I can currently do the Bluetooth tethering but this doesn't work with a lot of my devices as they aren't as fancy as the phone and do not have Bluetooth. I feel like this is something simple and that I'm just missing some terminology or common expression in the how to guides. Any help?

Thanks for responding -- I tried the wifi tether version 3.2 but it's failing to load the wifi driver. What specific settings are you using? Or do you remember?

Okay, just got it working with the experimental 3.3 2 with the following settings:
1)Change Device Profile to Generic ICS/JB(wlan0)
2)Make sure Setup Method is set to Auto
3)Wifi Driver reload, MSS clamping, and Routing Fix is Checked.

Thanks for all the help! I don't want to be a jerk and start another separate topic on the board but is there a surefire way to block any new OTA updates? I don't want to lose this now that the WIFI is actually working.

Disable Moto services and you will never see no update nagging!
