what have you succesfully flashed after unlocking?

Which recovery, and version of that recovery did you use?
Which rom did you flash, and what were your steps?
Success?
THe last thing I want is for this to turn into anything negative, or any kind of a bash thread about which rom is better than another or nything like that. Just was curious to see if we could cross reference some things to see why the M is being such a pain in the @$$ to flash on now that we're unlocked. Thanks everyone, lets see if we can figure something out!

Good call man... If you keep a running list in the OP I can pin it so others can find it.

Twrp 2.3.2.3
-success
CM10
Inverted cm10
Restoring stock backup after running cm10 based roms
NO success-
Trippin bean
PArtial success, with gallery/ storage issues
EClipse 1.2
I have tried both, mounting before wipes, and not mounting before wipes, as well as mounting before installing, and every combination I could thank of.
Lets see what others have done, and look for a pattern to see where things are going wrong

Thanks for this, it builds on the thread I started earlier.
TWRP 2.3.2.3:
-Failed to flash Trippin' Bean
-Failed to flash Eclipse
-Failed to flash Energy
-Successfully flashed Flying Jelly, but had the "no external storage" error with gallery and camera. I could take pics with camera and they would save. I could access pics through Root Explorer, but I could not open gallery. I restored to a previous version of FJ to see if I could fix the error and the AdAway and Seeder apps were gone, and still no luck with gallery. I fastbooted and am running stock, until the issues can be solved with the gallery. BTW, I fastbooted today and tried to install all these ROMs on a fresh stock base, no dice. I really think that issues stem from the fact that there is no kernel included with the stock ROMs. I can flash ROMs all day long on my Samsung Tab, but it's because every single one includes full kernel source.

You might be onto something there. That might explain why a safe strap backup will flash in twrp.

Let me know if it's still working 24hrs from now. If it is, I'm going to use your method to run Eclipse. Stock is fine, but it's just not dark enough for me.

Will do man! Stock works, but like you said I love that dark inverted look.

You do need the stock boot image that is where the kernel is. These safestrap ROMs did not include its own boot image as these were before the unlocked bootloader. Cyanogenmod has its own boot image.
I am on CWM and running the 4/14 build of CM10 from mic213.
Success
Cm10
Failed
Trippin Bean(I'm thinking the boot image was removed from this strictly for safestrap)
And all stock based without boot .img

Do all the features work on CM10? If WiFi, BT, and GPS are working, I'd be willing to give it a shot.
