Well tech support said it has to do with back up assistant. Some kind of back up on the website for pictures and stuff. There was a update of BUA recently and this is a know issue for Razr. You can call in and have the feature removed.

go to your verizon account online and in the features section disable backup assistant + (plus)

Should be fixed.

Always great to hear from a Broncos fan. Born and bred one myself. My dad was/ is a die hard Raiders fan. Lol

ok well if u never were subcribed fo it it doesnt give you that option. then what? trying to run KOA and its gonna be a deal breaker if i cant kill it
