OK I mite be a little confused maybe I take the hellomoto logo.zip and fastboot flash it then take the hellomoto bootanimation and fastboot flash it? the only reason I asked is it says code; fastboot flash logo logo.bin.... O yea first

boot logo is a flashable zip. you can also extract the logo.bin and flash with fastboot if you prefer.
the bootanimation.zip is not a flashable zip. you just copy and paste into the /system/media directory and set permissions rw-r-r.
when you're not sure whether a zip file is flashable or not, you can open it in a zip utility like 7-zip and see if there's a META-INF directory. if there isn't, it's not a flashable zip.

there's no need to make the stock red moto logo, you can pull the logo.bin from a stock fxz.

ok, i was wr..., wro..., uh i was wron...
so it turns out the stock moto logo for non-hd devices is 208x208px, while the stock logo for the hd is 243x243px. so using a logo.bin from a stock non-unlockable device like the og razr will look too small.
here is what the stock hd logo.bin looks like when you rename it to logo.raw and open in photoshop. i reconstructed the logo and adjusted the colors with channel mixer to get the right color. this logo is available in my new 9.16.6 bases and new dst rom.

^^^ Those look nice! I didn't get the "Warning Bootloader Unlocked" message when I first unlocked. Looking at those logos I have to wonder what all the fuss was all about.

i wasn't trying for an artistic angle with this, but glad you like it
you can get quite few different color combinations by playing around with channel mixer.
