Was curious if tomorrow when we update to .181 (soak test) if we could use the file from the ICS leak since technically that's the update ICS is right after.

I can almost guarantee Cheesecake will be useless now. Now that they know masses of people know how to intrude their servers why would they use the same ones anymore?

I'm not totally sure it'll be useless...Moto knows we probe their servers. They're not ignorant to us... they know we do the stuff we do, and they don't really care. They've basically set the precedent that they aren't going to make our lives hell, but they're also not going to go out of their way to give us what we want either.
I could just as easily see the update being pulled since updating from .181 instead of .173 could inadvertently result in a brick. My guess is that we'll see an ICS leak that is an update based on a .181 base instead of a .173 base.
At least, here's to being hopeful...

Yeah they knew what we were doing and were fine with it while they were getting pinged by a few people. Then all of a sudden their bandwidth explodes, they realize a ton of people know how to use it (IE non-experienced users that have no real business doing so) and will continue to use it = plug pulled.
Contrary to what most people believe they're not dumb, and I guarantee their thinking went something like - lots of people cheesecaking > lots of phones messed up > lots of warranty money gone.

Anyone tried it? Since the ICS update is for .173 and you'll be on .181...won't work, but I didn't even try...took me days to install 6.14.75 and I am loving it too much to go back!

Update 2: Yes, but you can't get back to GB, not yet...
