I personally haven't noticed this battery issue. What's funny is its just the battery reporting that's screwed up not the actual battery (As shown with people running for several hours on 5% battery). So yeah, it's annoying to not know exactly how much battery time you have left but in all seriousness, I don't really care. If that's things biggest bug then I will live with it like this forever.
Well if you dont reboot or turn off your phone, you wont experience that bug. The before I found out about the bug and I ran 5% for 5 hours and phone still didnt power off. yesterday I didnt reboot or turn off, and the readings were fine. Went to bed with 20% left after 16 hours of usage same as I did with GB

1. around 2 out of 3 times i go to my homescreen it crashes and sometimes i can't even keep my app drawer open for 2 seconds without the homescreen crashing and i'll have to reboot the phone. this might be from certain widgets since i see that nobody else is having that problem.
2. yesterday while i was playing Draw Something my phone froze, i believe T3hD0gg is correct about there being a bug in the OpenGL drivers.
my dad wants me to flash this on his MAXX when he gets home Tuesday but i'm not sure this is stable enough for day to day use for either of us.

I plugged phone in charger then I used bootstrap to get to recovery (while phone still in charger) to flash a theme and booted back up and battery seems OK. Then i just powered off the phone, again while phone on charger, then powered up and after boot i took it off charger and stats seem to report like normal.

SO in other words, if we want to reboot, we need to reboot while its plugged in outlet?

You dont have to, wont bother anything if you do. It appears to retain battery stats if you do.SO in other words, if we want to reboot, we need to reboot while its plugged in outlet?
The mixed battery stats are more of a visual bug and does not affect battery life itself (although it can be annoying, lol)

I would have to vol up down power to turn off the phone for the screen to turn back on

I have noticed when I push the "power" button to wake the phone it lights up briefly and shuts the screen off...I hit it again it is fine. Seems to happen when I leave the phone sitting for a while and then pick it back up to use it.
I have the same exact bug....sometimes it takes a few wake ups to get it to stay lit.....Also I notice its a little slower than it was on gingerbread ESP in transistions..
