Nice! So is this 4.2.2 kernel or 4.1.2? I'd flash now but ATM I can't be without data, looking forward to that getting fixed though!

That's what I figured, and so I see now that I'm on my laptop lol.

OK so odd question. I flashed this to check it out. Didn't realize there was no data at all then restored a backup. Even tried a fresh install of a known working ROM and I have no 4g anymore only 3g. Is it possible that whatever data problem this ROM has fried my sim card?

That seems weird. I am at work so I flashed back to cm10.1 and 4g is working fine. If I were you id goto settings then more then mobile networks the name sure network mode is lte/CDMA/evdo

Lol that did it. I thought I tried all that. I was on LTE/CDMA switched it over and it popped right up. Thanks

I got Halo working on this rom. Now If we can just get data working and fix the phone fc issue (the build. Prop edit doesn't seem to do the trick like it did on pac and cm).

Hey guys I installed this rom using safestrap and recovery, created a new rom slot and all....rebooted the phone from recovery but no boot logo/ animation...the phone sat for almost 15 minutes without no action....any ideas? I had to force reboot make stock rom slot active to use phone....The same happens to me on couple of other roms for xt926....i was able to install batakang rom etc though...any help would be appreciated!! thanks

Most of the current roms require an unlocked bootloader and a custom recovery.people staying on safestrap are missing out.

Yeah, safestrap is deprecated now. Everything being made now is developed for unlocked bootloader and TWRP/CWM recovery.
