I currently have a fully unlocked bootloader (Moto warning on startup) and I am fully rooted running TWRP 2.3.2.3 recovery. I am wondering how I would go about downgrading to 4.1.1 so I can run the 4.1.1 rom's that are on our site. How would I go about this? Would I just need to flash the 4.1.1 FB files?

I believe that is correct since you are unlocked, however hopefully another M user can chime in before you do.

Like you've been told, now that you're bootloader unlocked, you are free to flash ANY fastboot files you choose. Both official Motorola FB files AND custom images created by the development community (check back soon).

No need t orevert back. I have 4.1.2 running and have tested a few of the ROMs built off 4.1.1 and they run fine with the 4.1.2 kernel. IMHO dont waste your time going back just flash the ROM you want. To be safe just make a backup in TWRP before flashing a ROM in case the build doens't run good for ya. then you can just restore and be good to go in no time

Hi guys, I am also fully unlocked and just upgraded to 4.1.2. Unfortunately I cannot use hotspot. Everytime I turn it on warning come up "Security Policy: "Internet sharing disabled" I did not have in 4.1.1. It has something to do with my corporate email....
Could you please guide me on how to downgrade to 4.1.1 or suggest the way to bypass this internet sharing issue?

Do you have your devices bootloader unlocked? There is no going backwards if its not unlocked. 4.1.2 moved to secured version which does NOT allow locked devices to downgrade SW

Use the Matt's 1.10 utility , or fastboot
Just make sure to move anything important to ext. Sd
