Can anyone do this or has anyone already made a way to add these to the stock rom? I would really like to avoid flashing an entire Rom just to have these. I know there are apps and widgets that accomplish the same task but just having a flashable zip that can add them would be really nice.

That did not answer my question. I dont want to flash a rom. Flashing a zip file that will add reboot and recovery is different than flashing an entire rom. Also the problem i have with the theme by BigDX is that I dont want everything to be blue. I want STOCK. I dont think i could have made that any clearer.

It was answered in your previous thread and it could not be any more clear. You can't flash mods like that to a stock odexed ROM. You need to flash a de-odexed ROM, or de-odex it yourself, and then flash the mods you want. You can do that or learn how to modify yourself. There are plenty of de-odexed stock ROMs running around.

That is incorrect, I run stock Odex on my device and have Reboot & Recovery added to my power menu.

Edit: No i can't comment how it was done as i did not do it. Doing some testing for a friend in an app he is putting together and that is a feature in the app to do

I stand corrected. I know there are apps that will do it, but I'm not 100% sure you can flash the mod.
