You cannot just install it on your non-safe side. You need to fastboot back to stock and start over with root, safestrap, then rom

Can someone help me? I need a stock JB 4.1.2 not the update but a nandroid backup or a fastboot. I accidentally wiped my system on the non safe side in safe strap. I would like to just install this with safe strap as my non safe stock ROM? Please help thank you

Instructions are available in the House of Bionic threads. Read, read, re-read, and read some more. Follow the instructions exactly
