Just tried mlb.com and it worked fine. I did uninstall the original flash and installed flash from the market.

Thanks! I'll remove Flash from my phone and install from the Market and see how it goes. I know it's a hit and miss for some of us. *crossing fingers*

Mine showed Flask not even being installed after updating to the ICS leak.
Installed it from the market and it works just fine. No issues yet.

Same here. Works on some things but not others. Not worth going back though.

I know that we have been looking for solutions for flash. My theory is that the size of the file being viewed is what is having causing flash player not to work. On CNN, MLB, etc. it plays fine; however, when I try and stream movies over 100mb it trys to load and then the screen is black. On the Thunderbolt their were similar issues that just required a change in permissions to the browser settings. I am going to try this and report back when I find the link

Seen it too, no idea what it is but freezing it doesn't provide any improvement in flash performance. So I thawed it & still have the same behavior, works only on certain sites. Even after a fresh fastboot & reinstall of the leak.
