Is it possible for us RAZR HD owners to get Google Wallet now that we have root and boot loader unlocked?

I'm sure there's a way. I've tried numerous attempts to get it loaded onto my M, but they all failed. I've seen a method posted over on XDA that got it to work on a different device, but it involved altering the build.prop. It's not really that important to me.

Yep, that's it^^^. Way too much work for me, for something that has very limited use around here. I'll just wait for a working version.

I managed to get Google Wallet installed a few days ago, that is when I was running the Carbon Droid (Rom Port). Only problem, which happened to be a big one, is that Google Wallet requires NFC, which the Carbon port didn't support it. If you want to look around and do some research and find a simple build.prop click solution,
. It was the one that I used, but keep in mind I was able to get this to work on the AOSP Carbon port ROM, when I tried a 4.1.2 JB ROM my phone nearly bricked. Also, if you do get this to work, do not update Google Wallet in the Play store, as that will either kill the app or brick can't remember. If you like this signature click on the Marvel logo this one is from Thor: The Dark World-> copy the html link to your signature in my settings-> Enjoy!

I just saw that the s4 has wallet working on it, so there has to be a way for us to get it. I tried all the build.prop tricks and couldn't get it past the setting up wallet screen. I'm assuming it's trying to access the secure element and is unable to. I wonder if something has to be enabled in the kernel to be able to access the secure element. I've read that the XT925 can use it with the build.prop hack, so maybe we can use some of that code.

I think that has more to do with the fact that there are other S4's on other carriers that are allowed to use Google Wallet so its easier to fool the system. There are no Razr HD's authorized to use it.

No luck on Skrillax's CM10.1 builds. Thanks for linking that though, I'm going to try it on a few more roms and I'll report back with results. Letting it update just killed the app for me, but that was easily remedied by going into apps and uninstalling updates.
EDIT: Nothing on Bytecode's AOKP build either :/

i've tried this on both slimbean and pac-rage, and while the nfc option is there before i use the wallet installer, when i go to install wallet, the option is no longer there...i get the message that nfc needs to be allowed "exit" or "settings" when i click settings, there's no option to turn on nfc

Tried the same, I read somewhere that the wait for up to five minutes could take 20 minutes, but I waited a half hour with no results.

one of the attempts i made, i got it going, and left it over night, and when i woke up the next morning it was still hung up...and then another time, i got it started, ate breakfast, took a shower and played a game of solitaire on my computer and it was still hung up
