I am looking for a barebones ROM for the Bionic.  It should be built for speed and support the following: Phone, Web Browser, Text, WIFI, Camera, and Email.

What do you suggest as the fastest/most stable ROM for Bionic?

Thanks for the recommendations.

Stock jelly bean is going to be the most stable.
If you're looking for speed, you can manipulate sysctl.
I'm from the internet and so can you!

Liquid is about as bare bones as it gets. Whole rom is a little over 100 mb.

Thanks for the replies so far.  I will give Liquid a look.

I may have to make my own if I can't find what I want.

Since RC3, the kernel in CM10.1 is 15-20% faster than anything else I've been on.

CM10.1 is about as barebones as Custom ROMs get as well.
Battery life (standby) on CM is garbage with data on, and incredible with data off.

I'm pretty sure all my issues (very few on RC4) have been when signal was weak. Certain areas, etc.

Pretty stoked with this ROM. Thanks to CM and dhacker/hashcode/crew!
