it said error becuase i was in recovery mode when i ran it btw.

 

edit: still said error even when doing it step by step... it seems to not be able to install or apparently locate image file.

So, since you're asking, I would assume you now have fully functioning phone now?  You'll need to re-root it, but I would suggest TWRP.

Just curious, how did you flash the 4.1.2 firmware? Did you just use the RZR M 1.20 utility?
