Go to your My Verizon account online and remove the backup assistant feature (free one) and the email backup feature (free).

So I've been using the Eclipse JB rom and keep getting these texts from 6250 that say vznw:1 or something like that. I've looked around and saw you could disable backup to fix this problem but I can't do that since I'm on a family plan and don't have the master account. Is there any other way to fix this problem? It also seems like mms receiving is very hit or miss, could these be related?

It has to be turned Off on your Verizon account...to remove this message...You must have 2 MMS messaging accounts...Yes!
