I thought that after the flash. You would have another tab in the settings you would use to mod with. I have not clue how to use it then for modding.

I had to google it because I wasn't sure, but to put it simply, our stock system is odexed. Meaning files are sometimes split up, which allows the system to read it faster, but that makes it harder to mod. With an deodexed system the files are put back together, making it easier to mod. I really have no experience modding...but hopefully this answers your question.

It's more or less a stock deodexed rom.

can this work on any other ics leak? I am on the .209 leak and wanted to try this. If not working on the leak is there a way i can modify it to work for the latest leak?

Its built off of the old system files so I wouldn't recommend it. As far as modifying it I would say no. You'd probably have to start from scratch deodexing the files for 209.

No this will only work on the one that it's stated to work for. It cannot be modified either. It completely replaces a lot of files in /system so there isnt a small change that you could make. A full deodex must be made of 209 from scratch.

EDIT: Whoops, haha sorry, beat me to it!

I guess I am more curious to see if there is a tool that can automate the process across versions. I will see if I can make something. Im pretty n00b but I will take a stab at it see what I can come up with.
Thanks for the info :D

Not really possible for one main reason. To deodex isn't just running a script. Its a process of converting the odex files to a classes.dex then inserting that back into the apk that its intended for. That said the deodexer replaces all of system /app and /framework files that have had that process done to them.
