I'm running a Rooted ICS Leak with Nova Launcher -- I was using Apex Launcher, but it proved too buggy. And with Nova's new update, There's really not much difference between the two launchers.

Although Nova Prime, you have to pay for and Apex Launcher is free. But I'd pay for no bugs over getting a free buggy version any day.

Currently on rooted running rooted stock .181. I have gotten used to it by now so I don't find it as annoying. But I am on it for a couple other reasons as well.
1. Everyone wants ICS and me being the way I am, I like to be odd man out and go the opposite way lol
2. In my mind, if I am still on stock then I have a better and easier chance to help and trouble shoot issues that members are having without having to fastboot back off of the leak or remove a rom. The drunk monkeys flinging poo in my head say this makes all kinds of sense so don't judge me lmao :P

If you like apex better. Just be on the stock launcher and put APEX in your system/apps folder. This will force the launcher to its optimized potential.

Running Eclipse on GB still. I'm tired of waiting for official ICS, and i want to leave myself with the most options and GB does indeed have the most options atm.

Stock ICS leak with Apex Launcher - Rooted, CMPLX modified, custom init.d mods -- Data on all the custom ICS roms is too buggy for me to use since I use this phone for work.

Im running slightly altered ICS (wifi tether hack) for many reasons, only issue i ever have is occasional data drop outs but can't complain to much because of the speeds ( 4g - 15 mbps average speeds) other wise its all good for me.

ICS Leak (hooray for video HW accel), good data, and face unlock if I so wanted it, also used DT's modifier to tweak the settings, juice defender for battery and Apex launcher

ICS leak because I use too many things that require HWA. I might go back to .181 again however as the battery life on the leak is annoying. It works well with strong wifi coverage, but week coverage or going into 4G drains it way too fast.

As tempting as the latest ICS roms are... I just can't give up all the functionality...

Anyone have a quick link to point me in the right direction of setting up dual-booting Roms? (Not trying to be lazy, just too busy to look myself. Although I know I've seen a thread somewhere on how to set it up). If not no biggie
