To elaborate for anyone out of the loop:
"Some of the biggest corporations in the country, including service providers such as Google, Facebook, Twitter or AT&T, could copy confidential information and send them off to the Pentagon if pressured, as long as the government believes they have reason to suspect wrongdoing." -Source is in the link below.
The bill gives the U.S. government the power to censor the internet as they see fit and to access all of your emails, IMs, Google searches, web pages visited, etc. The bill also allows websites to be blocked and allows the input of major corporations to dictate what we are allowed to view, and say on the internet. This does not impact U.S. citizens only, this will have a global impact. The wording is so loose that it is clearly going to be used to harm our freedom of speech and information. This has the potential to kill online commerce and media sources.
ALL of the information gathered about you will be stored for government use, under the guise of national security. The bill will be voted on tomorrow. Obama claims he will veto this bill if congress does not back down, but there is a lot of skepticism when it comes to his words.

Major supporters of this bill include 2 giants I will never endorse in any way, Microsoft(primarily Bill "Satan" Gates) and Facebook. The reason they support the bill now is that congress has made changes to avoid hurting these supporters, since both SOPA and PIPA would have hurt their bottom line. Its all about greed and power.
