ive searched and searched, tried every format and every option, i cannot get my class 10 sandisk 64gb microsdxc to work in my hd maxx. works fine in my computer, via usb otg on my nexus 7 (running the same rom as my phone) and my roommates s3, is there any way that has been confirmed to allow mounting these?

ive tried

exfat

ntfs

fat32

mounting apps, everything i can find or think of. if it works as fat32, what are the specifics to create a proper fat32 partition?

i'm rooted and unlocked, is there a kernel or anything that can affect compatibility?

my 32gb sandisk class 4 works fine, but its about full, and i dont have anything left im ready to delete from it.

any help is appreciated, but whoever suggests to me a working method will have my gratitude forever.

Have you tried just formatting it by right clicking on the sdcard in Windows?

I've had the same problem with my SanDisk 32GB class 10 sdxc card in the Razr HD. It wouldn't always mount, and at one point it got completely wiped somehow. In the end, the problem was with the card and not the phone. I sent it back and got a replacement from SanDisk.

Now I just use my SD card for my music library, which is backed up on my laptop. I don't want to lose my pictures and files again.

It sounds like your card is fine though, since it works in other devices normally. Just my 2 cents..
