Found out that Verizon media manager was running in the background. I open up the app, hoping to set it to not run in the background, and had to go through a end-user License Agreement! So how was it that an app can run before I agreed to use it? If something happened would they have been liable for it? Just goes to show how much value those license agreements really are!
