aaah, I knew the repair would have to do with adjusting the way the cdt file was flashed. how do you avoid the file needing signing?

Which CDT.bin file is that in your link? IE is it from the 84 or the 75 build of ICS

Edit: I'm also curiosu if you know as I hadn't updated to the new leak. When trying to flash back using the fastboot file that casued it to brick is the CDT.bin the file that caused the bricking to happen?

yes this is the one from the 84 that caused the hole brick to happen when they changed it.

someone with a brick should try flashing the 75 CDT.bin and see if it passed. If so and it boots up then could try fastbooting back to 173 then and see if it finishes up like we would all like it to so bricks can be saved.

Knght50, what should the phone do after the moto logo? or did you try to fastboot back to something?

Flashing the old cdt doesn't work. Says invalid.

Basically we need an ICS fxz for this to work. Since the bootloader has changed with this leak, we are now using a device that is incompatible with the GB fxz files.
Unless by some chance a dev figures out how to force it to flash I don't see how it's possible.
