Turbo 1 yes, Turbo II not if it has the updated usb port.

Also it isn't for charging only for flashing. It bypasses the charging control and can overheat a battery. Be careful and don't leave it hooked up longer than necessary. After you get a booting OS on board you should switch back to the cable that came with the phone for charging.

Good news. I went and checked on my phone before work today. Phones been off the charger for 12 hours or so. Nothing. But, when I plugged it into the charger. The led lit up green. I have the cable ordered also. I left my phone in the charger till I get home tonight. Maybe it has a small charge and sitting helped it some out. Will see when I get home.

It should charge enough to boot the os if it was working somewhere between 10 - 15% most likely not enough to flash it. But it should let you boot into the fastboot mode like the video showed and then you can flash with the cable you have coming.

I forgot one thing. I need to see if my drivers are installed. They should be but I still need to check. Could be my problem. Good search should be enough to get them.
