1. End PRISM

2. Reallocate funds to traffic safety/new materials/infrastructure modernization

3. Execute #2.

4. Save hundreds of thousands of lives per year.

How many Americans were killed by Al Qaeda et al in the past ten years? Like, 10?

Of course, if one of those crazy folks detonates a nuke on U.S. soil or anywhere really, PRISM won't seem like such a bad idea. The point is this: let's cut all the conspiracy theory nonsense for just a second and get concrete.

Also--if you're truly this incensed about government data collection, you could, y'know, vote. Go to city council meetings. Get active in local politics. Turns out yo uhave to actually play the game if you want to win. But why am I saying this? Surely you've already written letters to your elected officials expressing your outrage, right?

I would just like to say your trust in our govt is inspiring. I do not possess such trust but I will commend you for yours. The fact that Google Facebook Verizon etc. collect data is and has been known. The NSA has not been as forth coming. Corporate data collection is a choice the consumer makes. The little agree to terms check box we check is our allowance of this. The government did not give us that choice. As for safety at the sake of our constitutional right to privacy... I choose privacy and my rights. I mean no disrespect and appreciate your opinion I hope we can agree to disagree.

I agree to disagree, but the govt can't listen in or read anything without a court order, some people might assume different, but that is fact, again they monitor # calling to certain #'s,or text to certain #'s,I have enough inside info to assure this, but a lot of people believe what they want, secondly, they should hunt that whistle blower down and lock him away,he has caused more mass confusion than doing any good,by the way,i commend whistle blowers where it counts

Lol I don't know where you get inside info but I'm not gonna mess with ya! :) I do understand your point and don't wish to start a running war of words. Just offering my opinion. I will say Govt. Oversight of itself is not reassuring. laws can be manipulated and rules can be ignored. Hopefully what you believe to be true is in fact true.

the biggest problem in govt is between parties not the laws, that's why i have always said, lets not have polititcal parties, dems, rep, independent, lets just vote for people.ps:have a little more faith in your gov,you wouldn't believe how many terror attacks have been stopped in this country alone,I've said enough, have a good day guys, signing out,lol

I'm an Iraq war Veteran 101st Airborne

9/11 was an Inside job

It was the new Pearl Harbor to take the citizens rights (Patriot Act) "nothing patriotic about it whatsoever" and ENSLAVE the American people for the coming collapse of the dollar and the ushering in of a New World Order. Al-CIA-DUH  was set up back in the 1970's out of Saudi Arabian Wahabist muslims, zbigniew brzezinski Brzezinski.jpg this globalist scumbag brags about it. Its called the Hegelian dialectic, research it.

there hasnt been a real president that called the shots since JFK (no pun intended) and you saw what happened to him (The BANKS)

But if you still love to hang on the nuts of this USURPED government then continue to shoot your kids up with the cancer virus vaccines/ eat the GMO food & Drink the Fluoride,Aspartame,HFCS,BPA,BPS water because the government loves you...... Die in your hole or in a FEMA camp sucker because you were not brave or honorable enough to stand up against tyranny.

All those who go along with "the system" hold the short end of the stick, the confligration is coming folks the line in the sand is being drawn and you will have to choose a side either you're with the tyrannical goverment and police or you will stand with the American people.

I hope you open your eyes Rick and see what is really going on around you.Go read Highly decorated U.S. General Smedley Butler had to say about 9/11... Hani Hanjour and others were IN HIS CLASS!

The IRS can't target people based on political persuasion either.  Do you see anything serious being done about this? How about the EPA biasing their permitting processes based on political affiliation?  Heads are really rolling.  No, the mindless low info voters run this country and they are voting for bigger government because that's what Hollywood, the newspapers and the TV tell them to do.
