Running DeadRage v1.4

I initially tried flashing ROMs with CWM but didn't have any luck.  Because of the failures I keep booting into fastboot AP (which notes that the flash failed).

I know how to get past it and I know all I have to do is flash a new boot logo.  That's where I'm having issues.  I tried MonkeyMouth but I get the following error:

(bootloader) variable not supported!

target reported max download size of 31457280 bytes

error: cannot load 'logo.bin'

I also tried flashing it from a command prompt but when I try "fastboot flash <file.zip>" it complains because it needs the destination partition.  Plus, that indicates to me that it wants to overwrite the data in the partition anyways.

Anyone got any ideas?

Oh yeah, now I'm running TWRP, which has worked great.

When you flash a boot logo via command line it should look like this fastboot flash logo.bin logo.bin ...... The second one is the destination ..... The first one is the filename of the logo you are trying to flash..... E.g. .IMG or .bin

Forgot to mention that was one of the methods I had tried.  Here's what's happening...

C:\android-sdk\RAZR M\fastboot>fastboot devices
TA5970B6NO      fastboot

C:\android-sdk\RAZR M\fastboot>fastboot flash logo.bin logo.bin
sending 'logo.bin' (854 KB)...
OKAY [  0.076s]
writing 'logo.bin'...
Invalid partition name logo.bin
FAILED (remote failure)
finished. total time: 0.170s

C:\android-sdk\RAZR M\fastboot>
