okay just got root back on the ics leak so next question.
what app would you recommend i stay with Setcpu or is there somethign better than that? and what are some profiles you would recommend when using setcpu. thank you!

imo just use setCPU.
And set 300 MHz on screen off if you aren't using face unlock.

There was an overclock script for gingerbread. As far as I'm aware, it no longer works on ICS. Though someone on one of the leak threads was claiming it worked for him (he didn't provide any proof).
