Has anyone else had a problem with getting the notification shade to stay down when sliding it down? I've been having that issue, and it sometimes takes several tries to get it to stay.
Any ideas? This started happening since upgrading to jelly bean...

Did you get this figured out yet? It used to happen to me but very sporadically. It was like i just didn't pull down all the way, like i let go of the shade too fast. I wish i had a good solution for you. Why aren't the smart guys chiming in?

It seems to happen more when i pull down all the way with my thumb. If i flick it or use my finger, it seems to work fine. Really pretty annoying, still.
