Now, the only question is, will it go back on?

It sounds like it snaps when broken apart, so i'm guessing it can.

Was it easy, did it snap back correctly? Does it seem as doing this to many times will cause damage?

This is the biggest question I have too. Knowing that we can take it off that easy is great. But if it decreases the strength of the back then its not really worth it to me.

"

Yea it just snaps back on. Now...the glue might get less sticky the more you take the back off. But its similar to opening an Xbox 360...just easier."

I figured that out too - the adhesive is the tricky part. I've taken it off a total of 5 times with no adverse effects on my phone. The only thing that is keeping it from being "user replaceable" is A- the excessive adhesive on the battery to keep the back on and B- the need for precision Torx screw drivers to remove the two screws keeping the contacts in place.

Took mine off too. Quick, but carefully. That adhesive is tedious. But yep the back comes off and snaps back on. Woot Woot! :D

Yet again. It isn't nessacary. But if you like my work or just want to be generous. Buy me a Monster. So I can stay up:P

I am running DT's NONAME ROM and I am getting 24 hours minimum battery life. No task killer, no smart actions. I use GPS heavily as well! Why take the back off and ruin the seal?
