I get "no item found" when I clicked on you're 2nd link. I used Play to try and get to it.

I really can't explain why that link does not appear, I seem to access it with no problems if I go into the first link, then scroll down and go to "Similar" apps and the "Free Version" appears first.
Anyhow, if still no success I did update the OP which has the latest

On a device that shows that it is pay the link doesn't work. On a device that already has it or one that still shows it free it still works. We must just be in the middle of their updating phase.

That would make sense.
I'm REALLY not a cheapskate. I believe in supporting...I just can't support everyone all the time.
I'll try 4.0.25 and if I still have to use Super Toolbox to open, then so be it...will let you guys know.

That's really not a bad price considering, but at the same time the free version is still up and looks like there is no force update in the Playstore. It's almost as if there are 2 apps available, the Beta Tapatalk4 and the HD Tapatalk4 that is listed for $.99 right now.
