So, I was running .75 ICS and it was cool and all. Didn't have flash video and a couple of other items that felt off, but alright, it was an early leak. I also think the real deal is coming soon and 84/85 events were scary. I decided to drop back, use Matt's Utility to get to .181, then reinstall Eclipse and ADW EX.

Wow. Glad I did. I forgot about what I had. So now everthing works. It's smooth and stable. Some bells might be missing, but things that are OK, include:

- flash video on demand!
- effortless tether
- smoooooth, fast.
- battery life. I'm at 54% after 30 hours. Nuf said.

There are somethings I'll look for before jumping to ICS, but for now am thrilled with the phone. For those of you wanting a better experience, but a bit shy on the whole ICS thing, this could be the way to go.
