You can download the Utility.
You can either use the Utility to flash everything or pull the radio out of the zip and just fastboot the radio

I've downloaded the utility and opened the zip but can't find a radio file to fastboot. Would appreciate help because I'm having a similar problem and have no connectivity.

That link doesn't seem to be working. Is there some other place I can find a radio image?

You can get the correct sbf/fxz file and extract it to get the radio file to flash. Another possible option is to use SamuraiHL's radio flasher, which will flash the latest radio filr from the last OTA. ONE MAJOR NOTE: If I read correctly, once you flash this radio, you will not be able to downgrade it. So choose to do this at your own risk.....
