Using RSD lite 6.14 I FXZ'd my phone back to factory condition then using the virtual box method I rooted it again. Thanks to all who replied with suggestions.

Are you saying that you can activate other slots but none of them will boot or that all will boot but one? If your stock slot is borked your best bet would be to fxz.
