Lost all my apps

This morning I was messing around with the RAZR Max to created more room for another slot to open up so I could install PAC in slot two and have my normal cm10.1 in slot one on safe strap. Well I deleted all of slot one to put PAC in it just to find out after the fact that it has to be installed in slot two for it to flash. So I did and reinstalled my backup for cm10.1 in slot 1. Well I started clicking on all my apps I installed and it says that the app is not installed. Now I do have titanium backup and backed up everything but I can't figure out how to use it. In addition to my problems I also noticed that my WiFi on/off is stuck in the off position and will not turn on,greyed out. Also how do I get my apps on pacman ROM too Lol sorry if it all sound confusing but hey I got to mess stuff up to learn how to do it. Thanks for the help

You may not have actually lost everything..... after restoring your backup you need/should wipe cache and dalvik cache (in safestrap).... Then reboot normally..... As long as your backup is complete you should get everything back (as it was at the time of the backup anyway:)) .... telekinectically tapped ....

See that's what I thought too. I wipe everything when it boots it says something like going thru all or apps and counts them up. Then when went to my home screen all the icons are there but it says app not installed ?

I also don't have any of my apps for the PAC ROM... I don't want to download them again knowing I have them on my phone somewhere and double stack them I'm using the pacman ROM now and the WiFi works here but not on the cytogen

Will the apps launch from the app drawer..... ? If so you may just have to replace them on homescreen ... Also look in menu/manage apps and see what is says is installed and/or running .... telekinectically tapped ....
