Won't read SD card and running out internal memory please help

Not much you can do but start deleting things. You can set pics to go to SD card but as far as I can tell it didn't do any good and still took up internal memory. If you root and get titainium backup you can delete about 200mb of bloat easly and still have them backed up if you ever want to reinstall them. You can also gain memory with a custom recovery and unlocked bootloader if you flash a custom ROM somebody already slimmed down. I gained 300mb this morning by going into recovery and wiping everything except SD card. So there are things you can do.

Yes my RAZR will read it but not the RAZR m the phone is a friends

If its under warranty bring it to Verizon cause the reader probably dead
