Why cant Beats be ported to Razr/MAXX to work with other apps like IHeart or Pandora?

Why cant Beats be ported to Razr/MAXX to work with other apps like IHeart or Pandora?
Beats HAS been ported to every Android version/phone.
Mount /system in recovery, flash, reboot.

Doesn't work woth Iheart, which was my main concern. Thanks for link, however I already had the file.
It changes how music plays through your phone by any means. Beats Audio changes the algorithms in your phone that the music player is reading therefore so no matter what you play music through on your phone, it will come out with Beats Audio.

Stupid question: I know I did this once before but what's the easiest way to boot into recovery to install this? Without using bootstrap or anything

How do you change eq settings in beats. Im on 181 and cant see it anywhere stock player or Pandora

You can't. They're just files, not an app.

Just have to make sure you have the files in /system as well or this app is nothing more than DSPmanager.
