I had cheesecake installed though, I uninstalled it and rebooted the phone and it still popped up. When I downloaded the cheesecake .206 it showed up in the notification bar this one don't show up? Look at what I see when I go to system update and I'm downloading it.

Im sure the update is due to the app we dont talka about not cuz of Verizon OTA.

I'm sure its from that then, not sure how it works since I've never used it, but I'm sure it kept the notification in que or something. Maybe someone else can chime in, or you can see if the file is the same as the .206 that's been floating around. It's not very likely its the real OTA as I'm sure others would be, or have gotten it by now.
