Okay so I'm using Windows, and I've gotten to the part where I have to run the .bat file, but when I do it says error: Device offline, and never reboots my phone, even though the device is connected to the computer, and the computer does recognize it

Yes I have all of that. I am running CM10.1 though, could that be why it's not working or does it work on all ROMs?

The original Droid RAZR. Sorry, this may be a stupid question but how do I boot into Fastboot?

Not a stupid question at all..... power off...then hold volume down and volume up and power for a few seconds.... the boot menu will come up..... use vol down to highlight fastboot then vol up to select it..... then go ahead and plug into computer give it few seconds (it may install drivers again) ..... then you can run the .bat or press power to reboot normally and run the .batThe original Droid RAZR. Sorry, this may be a stupid question but how do I boot into Fastboot?

Looking at the complete posts I see that boot logos are already made and ready to go.
Not trying to sound like a broken record but I'm wanting to use my own (JPG.IMG) pictures as boot logo..
For example.. to make this picture a boot logo.
