Yesterday I tried to flash cm 10.1 and gapps to my Razr HD. Obviously the phone is rooted and had TWRP recovery. At reboot after flash, I'm getting a black screen with Device is locked-Status Code 0, etc.  I would really appreciate a helping hand to get past issue! Thanks, Don

sounds to me like your bootloader is still locked
