Hey Guys,
Looks like my backup of /system has disappeared, and I want to temporarily return it to stock so I can install the newest upgrade. I am currently on 9.16.6 and have an update available to 9.18.79. When I try to install it, it fails (I'm guessing because /system is modified).
What's the best way to fix this (that doesn't involve factory resetting the device)?

Make Sure Your Flashing It Though Stock Recovery Not Trwp Or cwm
