Also - Root explorer works just fine.

Installed. Is this the correct Drivers?

That looks right. Do you have the phone in charge only mode and USB debugging on?

Another thing I have seen was I didn't unzip the RAZR utility correctly using winrar and although it looked like it was going to work, it gave me the same errors.

I actually had to uninstall the moto drivers I had installed then install the ones that came with the DroidRAZRUtility. - MotoHelper_2.1.40_Driver_5.5.0 - Once I did that everything worked fine.

Hopefully that helps.

Mine is a different problem. I get to where ICS is loading on my phone. Where you have the little green Andy with the box above his head. At about 1/4 of the way through the box turns into a triangle and the loading stops. Then it just re-boots back into gingerbread and everything is over. WTH?? Any help?? PLEASE!!

My phone keeps on failing to update when I try to push ICS on to it. I don't know why. It's like a failure during an OTA because of some root stuff. Thing is I restored my phone using AP Fastboot and everything, re rooted. When I push ICS I follow the prompts on my phone, it goes about less than 1/4th of the way on the recovery screen and reboots back into Gingy. Any help? Also I see on the combo ics installer, it always fails to make the directories for ICS, I don't know why either.
