plug into computer and if it recognizes the phone as a media device or mass storage device (booted normally, or as best as it will boot for now) you may need to format (erase) your internal storage, there may be a file sitting in there that is not playing nice when you run the utility.... the utility will not erase internal storage and some of the stock programs rely on particular files/folders on the internal storage.......
My computer makes a sound recognizing that it has been plugged in but it does not show up in my library.

An error keeps showing up on my phone and in the utility: BATTERY LOW
But I charged the phone all last night...

If it is showing battery low, you will not be able to flash anything...... it probably didn't charge because the software was not properly installed......An error keeps showing up on my phone and in the utility: BATTERY LOW

If it is showing battery low, you will not be able to flash anything...... it probably didn't charge because the software was not properly installed...... It will not charge in AP Fastboot either Try powering off and plugging into a wall charger..... see if the charging icon comes up..... Or You can try this..... power off.... then hold vol down and vol up and power.... when the menu comes up go down to bp tools and select it..... then plug into a WALL charger not computer..... it may charge that way....... otherwise you will need to get a "factory" cable or adapter from team black hat before you can flash.....
I have tried powering off the device but it immediately turns back on. I have also tried accessing bp tools but it immediatly switches to ap fastboot mode. And now I have also tried flashing my phone with RSDLite and that failed as well. And what do you mean by "factory" cable?
Here is the a screenshot from RSDLite:

That's strange. So even when I select AP Fastboot mode I still am not in Fastboot mode?

A factory cable is a special cable that allow flashing with a low battery or no battery as it is modified to provide power to the main board of the phone directly from the computer....... you can order one from Team Black Hat or you can order the adapter which plugs directly into your regular Motorola cable and "converts" it into a "factory" cable.........
Do you know where I could get an adapater?

If you've been flashing with a low battery you have been lucky..... because below a certain level (right around 20-30%) fastboot flashing will fail..... it is actually a "safety" built in to protect devices from their owners....
Yes, my good friend you are correct...
Lucky is the Key word...
Ooooh it was not by choice...I forgot to charge my Battery...I must have been above the Ear Mark to complete the task...

I tried to use this method:
Unfortunately it did not work.
Whenever I try to select anything from the boot menu this pops up:

eMMC Info: Size16G
To return to normal mode - first press power key to power down
Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0
Battery Low
Cannot Program
Connect USB
Data Cable
Invalid CG OTV (CG: system): Invalid SP Data
Invalid CG HAB (CG: system, status: 0X004E)
Invaild CG OTV (CG: system)
Do you know what this means?
