How do I get rid of the VZW update? I updated last weekend and killed my connection to AT&T, I have since rebooted and hope to get back working with AT&T, but I want to prevent the update from happening again either by itself or me accidentally pushing the wrong button. While on the subject, what can I safely delete to get rid of any verizon connection?
How do I prevent update?

I am curious tho as to how you are using AT&T and getting a VZW update?.....

Theoretically speaking, once you use *insert method here* (which we will not discuss)......to unlock and flash phone to another carrier.....or use another carrier sim card..... all ties are supposed to be cut from the original carrier.....

Maybe theoretically, but I was no longer with verizon and was using at&t (using their sim card) but I still got the verizon update.

I would do that before using whatever method again to regain AT&T service...... since the update obviously patched the modifications that you made prior.........
